Due to the consumable and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
