Setting Intentions: How to Use a Ritual Kit

A walk-through for first-timers on using candles, herbs, and oils to focus your energy on what you want to call in.

Intention work is really about focus. When we take time to clearly name what we want, write it down, and create a ritual around it, we are reminding ourselves every day of where we are headed.

Our kits come together with herbs, oils, and candles chosen for a specific purpose, so you do not have to guess or gather a dozen ingredients on your own.

Prepare your space

Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted. Cleanse the area first with incense or a little Florida water on your hands. Turn off the TV, silence your phone, and take a few slow breaths.

Pick your purpose

The Money Bowl Kit is made for abundance and prosperity — a bowl you build and tend over time. The Protection Mini Spell Kit comes with rosemary, cedar leaf, and pink Himalayan salt for those seasons when you need to guard your peace. The Spell Intention Kit is a great all-purpose option if you want to work on something personal.

Follow through

Write your intention on paper, be specific, and keep it somewhere you will see it. The ritual opens the door, but your daily actions are what walk you through it. Be patient and gentle with yourself.
